Pastor Joel Sindane is an old friend of the ministry. We have ministered in his church on many ocassions.

At Victory Chapel we have often taught on prayer, and we saw many in this congregation running with the vision to pray. Because of consistent prayer, God started moving mightily in this fellowship.

One Sunday morning while we were ministering, the Lord unctioned Jan to sing a prophetic song. As he started to sing, the Shekinah Glory of God came into the chapel like a cloud. The Holy Spirit came upon many people and they later testified how God had set them free from bondages and diseases.
